Cleveland had a 11.2 percent chance of landing the third pick. Maybe Evan Mobley, the USC center who many consider the No. 2 overall talent behind Cade Cunningham, slides for a reason or another. It’s not getting to No. 1, but getting into the No. 3 slot is a good place to be.
